Services canceled more than 48 hours in advance do not incur a fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service time will be subject to a cancellation fee of $29.99.
Can I reschedule my service appointment?
You can reschedule your appointment at any time. If you reschedule more than 48 hours prior to the appointment, there’s no fee. Rescheduling within 24 hours incurs a $15 fee.
How do I pay for the services?
For BeeFixi, payments are seamlessly managed via our app. When you accept a mechanic’s offer, your payment is securely held in escrow by the app until you confirm the job’s completion. This ensures that the mechanic receives payment only after your satisfaction with the service provided, guaranteeing a secure and trustworthy transaction.
What happens if a technician is unable to complete a job?
If a technician cannot complete a job due to issues like improper vehicle information or an unsuitable service location, a minimum fee or cancellation fee may be charged, such as travel fee for mechanic. However, if the issue arises due to the mechanic’s error, you will incur no charges. In such cases, we will process a full refund within 3-5 business days, ensuring that you are not financially impacted by the mechanic’s mistake.
Are BeeFixi's technicians vetted?
Yes, technicians may undergo an extensive vetting process, including criminal background checks.

Do I Buy My Parts or the Mobile Mechanic bring their parts?
